About this Email Extractor

When addresses are buried inside a long document, web page or message thread, copying them out by hand is slow and error-prone. This extractor scans the whole text, collects every valid-looking email address, removes duplicates, and lists the clean result one per line, ready to paste into a spreadsheet or mail tool.

How to use it

  1. Paste the text containing email addresses.
  2. Press Extract emails.
  3. Review the unique addresses in the result box.
  4. Copy the list wherever you need it.

Example

Pasting text with a@mail.com, b@mail.com, a@mail.com returns 2 unique addresses, listed one per line.

Frequently asked questions

Are duplicates really removed?

Yes. Addresses that differ only in capital letters, like A@mail.com and a@mail.com, are counted once.

Is the text I paste uploaded?

No. The scan runs entirely in your browser, so private text stays on your device.

What counts as an email address?

Any pattern like name@domain.com with a valid-looking domain ending is collected.
