๐Ÿงน Remove Line Breaks

Remove unwanted line breaks from copied text and join it into clean paragraphs.

About this Remove Line Breaks

Text copied from PDFs, ebooks and emails often arrives with a hard line break at the end of every line, which looks broken when pasted into a document. This tool joins those lines back into flowing text in one click. Tick the paragraph option and genuine paragraph gaps โ€” the blank lines โ€” are preserved while the mid-paragraph breaks are removed.

How to use it

  1. Paste the broken text into the first box.
  2. Tick Keep paragraph breaks if your text has separate paragraphs.
  3. Click Remove line breaks.
  4. Click Copy result and paste the clean text wherever you need it.

Example

Text copied from a PDF as 'The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.' comes out as one clean line: 'The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.'

Frequently asked questions

Will it remove blank lines too?

With the paragraph option off, yes โ€” everything becomes one block. With it on, blank lines survive as paragraph separators while single line breaks are joined.

Does it change my words or spelling?

No. It only removes line breaks and tidies double spaces. Every word stays exactly as written.
