About this Invoice Generator

This invoice generator builds a neat, professional invoice from your business details and up to five item rows, with tax and totals worked out automatically. Everything runs in your browser, so your client names and prices are never uploaded anywhere. Use the Print button to print the invoice or save it as a PDF from the print dialog.

How to use it

1. Enter your business name, the client name, an invoice number and the date.
2. Fill in up to five item rows with a name, quantity and rate for each.
3. Add a tax percentage if you charge tax, or leave it at 0.
4. Click Generate invoice, check the totals, then click Print to print it or save it as a PDF.

Example

Two items — 3 shirts at 1,500 and 2 trousers at 2,000 — give a subtotal of 8,500; with 5% tax of 425 the total due on the invoice is 8,925.

Frequently asked questions

Is my invoice data saved anywhere?

No. The invoice is built in your browser tab only. Nothing is uploaded, stored or shared — if you close the page, the data is gone.

How do I save the invoice as a PDF?

Click Print and choose Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF) as the printer in the print dialog.
